It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Wesley Dow which occured at the CHSLD, New Carlisle, Qc, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the age of 87 years and three months.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Lorraine Assels.
John was predeceased by his father Wesley Dow and his mother Dorothy Ross.
He leaves behind his sons Kevin (Lida), Brent (predeceased), Gregory (Tracy) and Daughter Lee Ann, as well as seven very cherished grandchildren Jason, Krista, Austin, Lauren, Kayla, Emma and Kaity.
Also survived are his brothers Alan (Colette), Dale (Diane) and sisters Viola (Lester) and Peggy (Wayne).
Burial will take place at a later date at St. John's United Cemetery, Shigawake.
Special thank you to the doctors and staff of the CHSLD New Carlisle for the great care given to John.
