At the CISSS de la Gaspésie, Hôpital de Gaspé passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the age of 88 years Mrs. Anora (Nora) Blondin, spouse of Mr. Yvon Rehel and wife of the late Mr. Cecil Rooney, all formerly of Murdochville.At the CISSS de la Gaspésie, Hôpital de Gaspé passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the age of 88 years Mrs. Anora (Nora) Blondin, spouse of Mr. Yvon Rehel and wife of the late Mr. Cecil Rooney, all formerly of Murdochville.
Besides her spouse , Nora is survived by her children: Debbie, Leonard (Celine), and Willis (Regina) as well as her spouse's children: Pierre, Danny, Jean-Marc, Colette and the late Monique as well as their spouses;
her grandchildren: Darcy, Arlene, Bettina, Evan, Jordan, Sandy and their spouses.
her great-grandchildren: Kaylish, Cassie, Hailee, Rikki-Lee and Élye.
She is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at St-Patrick's Church Douglastown starting at 1 p.m. Funeral to follow at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or to a charity of your choice.
