It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Fern Gertrude Assels which occurred at Maria Hospital on August 3rd, 2024. at the age of 76 years.
Predeceased by her father William Assels, mother Arlene Hall, son Keith, husbands Kermit Buttle and Peter Carter.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter Sascha (Doug), her grandchildren: Ashley (Mark), Christopher, Kristie-Lee (Madison),
Kara-Lynn (Kyle) 10 great-grandchildren and brother Billy (Jocelyne) also many other family members and friends.
Please be advised that further information will follow concerning the graveside ceremony.
Professional services have been entrusted to the Henri Thibodeau Funeral Home Inc, a subsidiary of the HG Division network certified Distinction by the Corporation des thanatologues du Quebec and by the Bureau de normalisation du Quebec.
