It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Bernard Briand at the age of 69 years at the CISSS de la Gaspésie, Pavillon Mgr. Ross.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Melvina, Mr. Briand leaves behind 3 sisters: Sarah, Kathleen and Annie;
2 brothers: Patrick and Albert;
nephews, nieces, and many other family members and friends.

At the request of Mr. Briand, a small ceremony will be held at the Douglastown cemetery. All information pertaining to this ceremony will be announced here at a later time.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Valère Fortin Funeral Home in Gaspé, a subdivision of the HG Division network.

HG Division and staff offer their deepest condolences to the family.

The family wants to thank the staff of second floor of Pavillon Mgr. Ross for the good for the good care given to Mr. Briand.

C'est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Monsieur Bernard Briand à l'âge de 69 ans. Il était le fils de feu Patrick Briand et feu Madame Melvina Benwell.

Bernard Briand laisse dans le deuil 3 soeurs : Sarah, Kathleen et Annie;
2 frères : Patrick et Albert ;
neveux, nièces, proches parents et plusieurs ami(e)s.

À la demande de Monsieur Briand, une petite cérémonie commémorative aura lieu ultérieurement au cimetière de Douglastown. Les informations relatives à cette cérémonie seront mise à jour sous peu.

Les services professionnels ont été confiés à la Maison Funéraire Valère Fortin de Gaspé, une filiale du réseau HG Division.

La direction et le personnel de la Maison Funéraire offrent leurs plus sincères condoléances à la famille.
